What is Islam?

What are the Five Pillars of Islam?
The Five Pillars of Islam are the core beliefs and practices that every Muslim follows:
- Shahada (Faith): The declaration of faith that there is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is His messenger.
- Salah (Prayer): Performing the five daily prayers.
- Zakat (Charity): Giving a portion of one’s wealth to those in need.
- Sawm (Fasting): Fasting during the holy month of Ramadan.
- Hajj (Pilgrimage): Performing the pilgrimage to Mecca at least once in a lifetime, if physically and financially able.
